Blood Bayou: People don’t visit the Bergeron Bayou no more. Not since folks stopped comin’ back out of the swamp. The locals always chalk it up to the gators. They gotta eat too right? But the smart folks, the ones who been here a long time know better. There’s somethin’ much worse than gators weavin’ in and out of them cypress trees. There’s a magic in that swamp. A dark, twisted magic. And the people runnin' that voodoo up and down their fingers don’t like visitors. The locals don’t even call it the Bergeron no more, they call it BLOOD BAYOU. If you go there, there's no tellin' what you gonna find. But there's a thick, boggy evil floatin' on that green water, and it'll sniff you out like a coonhound. You best remember, once that bayou got you it ain't gonna let go.
