The Dread Keep
The Dread Keep is a home haunt located down the street from Jackson Elementary School in a family friendly, safe neighborhood. The Haunt is only open on Halloween night. It is a free haunted house, with candy handouts at the end! Although it is still small, it is growing in popularity with the locals! On average The Dread Keep will hand out candy to over 1,000 kids and families!
The DK family puts this home haunt on every year out of the evil goodness in their hearts, and pays for everything out of pocket. If you find yourself laughing with fright, feel free to donate something to keep the Haunt alive for future years!
Halloween night walk through of The Dread Keeps 2015 haunted house "Haunted Monastery". We had very bad rain and high winds the day before and during the morning of the 31st. But we pulled through! We took the video late at night after the trick or treaters finished for the night. Our haunt is located in Hillsboro Oregon.
