Catholic Memorial Haunted House
The CMH Haunted House started as an idea by a student over a decade ago. Through the efforts of incredibly dedicated and creative individuals including students, parents, and alumni, the event was an example of many of the values that CMH represents. The Haunted House provided a fun outlet for students to be creative and perform while also serving their community by raising funds for numerous organizations dedicated to military veterans.
In the Haunted House’s ten-year run, we raised almost $125,000 for veterans’ charities. This was only possible with the cooperation of many, many people over the years: the students who brought the House to life each year; the parent volunteers who made sure those students were having fun while staying safe; the legions of people who came to enjoy the House and support the cause each year in all kinds of weather; the neighbors who put up with the traffic and crowds, and; the school staff and administration who regularly went above and beyond to help the House be successful.
Now that the building is gone, as the final caretakers of the Haunted House, we would like to thank all of those folks over the years that helped make it happen.
